I am a 9th and 10th grade English teacher. I’ve always enjoyed writing, but have never indulged in it the way that I would love to. My goal with this blog is to immerse myself in my own writing. As an English teacher, writing my own pieces scares me. Will I be judged as a teacher or will people understand that writing for pleasure is completely different? I’ve decided it is more important to me to write for enjoyment than it is to have an immobilizing fear of having someone criticize it. I hope you enjoy reading the blog as much as I will enjoy writing it. And if you don’t like it, then stop reading and move on.
